Hello friends I am back again with a finger licking delicious recipe ;)
Well I am a hotel management student and offcourse a good cook :p
Just like me I have a friend name is Parakh Jain. He gave me this recipe , he also love to cook and yeah he is also very good in innovation. So here is the dish ''CHINESE BHEL'' . It is an Indo-Chinese dish and has an unique tangy flavor. I am definitely sure you will love this and will try at home :)
INGREDIENTS :-
Oil - 1tbsp and ( for frying )
Boiled noodles- 4 cup
Garlic chopped- 1 tbsp
Ginger chopped- 1/2 tbsp
Shredded cabbage- 1 cup
chopped spring onions- 1 cup
Onions julienne - 1/2 cup
Grated carrot- 1 cup
Chopped green chillies- 1 tbsp
Capsicum- 1 cup(julienne cut)
Chopped Coriander- 1/2 cup
Sweet corn- 1/2 cup
Boiled Potatoes- 1 cup
Roasted pea nuts- 1/2 cup
3G paste- 1/2 tbsp
Black pepper- 2 tsp
Salt - to taste
Corn flour- 1/2 cup
Dark Soya Sauce- 1 tsp
Light Soya sauce- 4 tsp
Green chilli sauce- 2 tsp
Tabasco sauce- 1 tsp
Schezuan sauce- 4 tsp ( recipe of schezuan sauce is in my next blog please check it out)
Preparation Time- 15 mins
Makes- 4 servings
Cooking Time- 15 mins

LET'S COOK :)
METHOD :-
First of all , Heat oil in a pan till it smokes. Add chopped ginger and garlic and saute for sometime on medium flame. Then put Carrot, Cabbage, Capsicum and Onion all together and saute on high flame. Add sweet corns and boiled potatoes , salt to taste , black pepper and stir it continuously. Switch off the flame.( do not cook fully)
Take boiled noodles and marinate it with 3G paste and corn flour. Then deep fry it until it turns into golden brown in color and crunchy.
Then take a big bowl , put all ingredients together including all the above sauces. Mix it well and toss it till the noodles is evenly coated with all sauces. Add chopped coriander and crushed roasted pea nuts.
Garnish with shredded cabbage and onion (julienne) and serve in a leaves of cabbage .
