EXOTIC  VEGETABLE  CHEESE PIZZA


HEYAA READERS !! Today I am sharing one of the very common yet popular dish. ''EXOTIC VEGETABLE PIZZA''. Here I am explaining the recipe of basic pizza but you can innovate it in many different ways by adding lots of different toppings.



 As I mentioned the name ''Exotic'' I use olives, herbs like oregano,basil and seasonings from different origins that makes this recipe more exotic .Flavoring the pizza sauce with herbs is the most traditional way to add flavour to pizza. Adding herbs to the crust adds to the overall flavour of the dish, as does sprinkling fresh herbs on the top during the final few minutes of baking or after it is removed from the oven. Remember that both fresh and dried herbs lose flavor when cooked over long periods, so while making pizza sauce check frequently.



  It is a favourite snack for vegetarians and it's a kid friendly dish. I usually  prepare this on birthday parties as well as on friends gatherings. I hope you will love this and will try it with your own innovation and please let me know what creativity you going to do with your pizza.  






INGREDIENTS:-

Tomato pizza sauce- 2 tbsp

Sliced onions- 1 cup

Sliced tomatoes- 1 cup

Sliced capsicum- 1 cup

Finely sliced mushrooms- 1 cup

Olives- 4-5

Mozzarella cheese - 1 cup

Red chilli flakes- 2 tsp

Oregano- 2 tsp

Basil- 2-3 leaves

Black paper- 2 tsp

Salt- to taste



LETS COOK THE YUMMY AND DELICIOUS PIZZA :p


METHOD:-

First of all  , take one pizza base and with the help of fork make holes on it so that it can absorb all the flavours and get moist .

Then divide the vegetables into four equal parts and sprinkle little bit of salt on all the veggies.









Preheat the oven to 200 degrees for 5 minutes.

Then take a pizza base , with the help of spatula spread pizza sauce evenly. Add grated mozzarella cheese and red chilli sauce. 

Then arrange the veggies on the top of cheese equally. Put olives.






    
 Then again sprinkle lots of cheese on the top of veggies. Then keep the pizza on the oven for 3 minutes on baking mode and then for 2 minutes on toast mode. Take out the cooked pizza from the oven, cut into 4-6 pieces and again keep in the oven for 30-40 seconds . 



Add seasonings red chilli flakes and herbs and serve hot with chilli sauce and lots of love <3
