Keto diet plan ( 2nd & 4th week)

Keto diet plan for 2nd and 4th week of the month.

Monday:

Breakfast- Green Coffee
                    keto vegetable Cutlet
                    Three walnuts

Lunch - Keto Russian salad

Dinner- Barbecue chicken with capsicum

Tuesday :

Breakfast - Ginger and lemon water
                      Two fried eggs with cheese.
                      on top
                       Four Pine nuts

Lunch - Egg-spinach salad with fried beans.

Dinner- Spinach chicken Soup.

Wednesday:

Breakfast- Green coffee
                  keto Egg rolls
                 Soaked almonds

Lunch - Buttered Paneer mushrooms

Dinner- Fried spicy cauliflower with cucumber salad

Thursday:

Breakfast-   Vegetable omlette
                      Three soaked almonds

Lunch - Semolina stuffed green peppers ( net carbs 16)

Dinner- Grilled chicken with sides of cucumber salad

Friday:

Breakfast-  Mushroom omelette
                      Three walnuts

Lunch - Spicy fried cauliflower with cheese sauce

Dinner- Coleslaw salad

Saturday:

Breakfast- Ginger tea
                  Buttered Mushrooms
                    Hand full of peanuts

Lunch - Spicy Tofu Salad

Dinner- Creamy cheesy chicken with Tricolor salad

Sunday :

Breakfast- Keto Waldorf salad
                    Black tea

Lunch - Paneer tikka with sauteed vegetables

Dinner- Keto Chicken Biryani
