Keto Diet plan (1st & 3rd week)

Keto diet plan For first week and Third week of the month

Monday:

Breakfast- Ginger lemon water
                   Two full boiled eggs
                     Three soaked almond

Lunch - Garlic butter Broccoli
               With sliced cucumbers.

Dinner- Grilled chicken with capsicum
              topped with cheese

Tuesday:

Breakfast- Green tea with lemon
                   Two deviled eggs
                   Three walnuts

Lunch- Pan fried paneer with grilled      
            tomatoes

Dinner- Steamed Fish with sauteed vegetables.

Wednesday:

Breakfast - Ginger and lemon water
                      Two fried eggs with cheese.
                      on top.
                       Four Pine nuts

Lunch - keto Russian salad

Dinner- Spinach chicken Soup.

Thursday:

Breakfast-   Vegetable omlette
                      Three soaked almonds

Lunch - Semolina stuffed green peppers ( net carbs 16) topped with fried egg.

Dinner- Grilled chicken with sides of cucumber salad

Friday:

Breakfast-  Mushroom omelette
                      Three walnuts

Lunch - spicy fried cauliflower with dip of cheese sauce

Dinner- Coleslaw salad

Saturday:

Breakfast- ginger tea
                  buttered Mushrooms
                    Hand full of peanuts

Lunch - keto Russian salad

Dinner- Creamy cheesy chicken with bell peppers.

Sunday:

Breakfast- Dosa (one dosa- 17 net carbs)
                    Black tea

Lunch - Paneer tikka with sauteed vegetables

Dinner- Tandoori chicken with sides of Coleslaw.
